The Birth of Sensibilium.

Our history in bite-size chunks.

      Ever since January and February of 1999, the O.'.T.'.S.'. has brought light to the darkness of cyberspace with provoking theories and mind-bending facts, and we are proud to continue that tradition for as long as inhumanly possible. The ground-breaking initial chapters of 'The Book of The Arrow' were among the first set of pages uploaded, The Miscellanea Sensibilium opened it's doors to all manner of odd stuff, and we even found the time to add a guestbook!

It was during March and April of 1999 that we radically altered this site to include all sorts of new graphics and articles, 'Heads' was first added at this stage, the Profane Mailing list was reborn, Miscellanea increased in content, and we also took our first adventure into the wonderful world of frames.

By the time May, June, July, and August of 1999 arrived, we got all excited and altered more layout bits, added even more to Miscellanea, started the O.'.T.'.S.'. Affiliates page, received the first chapter of the Baal Dialogues, and built our first sister-site, Spasm's Gumbo.

Ever since September of 1999, Legion was sticking his nose in, and helped to push us further into cyberspace, by introducing us to FreeNetName. Ahdkaw of course, continued into many a night re-designing again and again, until Legion convinced him to try using Cascading Style Sheets; he also suffered major hard-drive problems...

It was October of 1999 when Ahdkaw got his second phone bill since joining FreeNetName, and we begun to realise our "short period" of problems were to become our "season of problems."

Our time of loss was most felt during November of 1999, when some of the O.'.T.'.S.'. left the motherland. But we did manage to complete our upgrade to CSS.

During December of 1999, Ahdkaw spent lots of time incorporating all the bits that should of been incorporated ages ago including the O.'.T.'.S.'. Mail login page. He archived these very pages (not this one), split our Links page into five distinct sections 'for the hell of it,' and opened our own multimedia store which, to this day, has not got us any money at all.

The world still intact, January of 2000 became our month to reflect on our past, and decide on some form of interactivity for the rising masses of 'hits' suddenly invading our site. We experimented with submitting our site for silly awards that would do us no good. We eventually got our heads together and joined two web rings, and shortly after doing so, roughly drop-kicked one of them straight off to Ahdkaws site. Another trip into 'frame-world' overtook Ahdkaws sensibilities.

Whilst February of 2000 brought no real snow to Huddersfield, Ahdkaw sat at home and went a bit loopy over his new frames, but they were soon removed. Our homepage redesign was first announced, we continued to tweak our CSS settings, and the homepage redesign became site redesign (v6).
      March of 2000 saw the release of version 6, hastily followed by 6.1, of this site. Navigation became a top issue, as did clever java-pokery, but we still had time to add more content. We also failed to report our mail page returning to inside our frame...
