The Teenage Years of Sensibilium.

Look at the size of that! Better squeeze it.

Total Overhaul

All news pages were written in the past, hence any references to the present are in fact in the past.

It was in June of 2001 that Sensibilium joined the future of web design. We moved away from using tables to structure our layout, and instead utilised the power of stylesheets. Thanks must go to A List Apart for their articles on the subject. Not content with totally redesigning our site for possibly the twentienth time, we also added more articles including Jack my bitch up, Baal Dialogues 2 and Baal Dialogues 3.

In the month of July of 2001 we finished what we started in June, the final sections to be updated were Nolefs Links and Spasms Gumbo. We spent a lot of time joining various different forums for use on this site, and eventually plumped for Snitz Forums 2000. We also managed to get Baal Dialogues 4 added.

Summer madness meant that August and September of 2001 was mainly spent outdoors, away from the damn computer, but nevertheless, we still had some action. We managed to release our new About section, as well as add another article, Cadburys High-Lies. Lazy administration at our host of the time provided an easy infection for the Nimda virus, which ended up infecting even Ahdkaw when he came to check on the site! This led to a breakup between ourselves and our previous host, and went a-looking for a new host.

During late October of 2001 we had found a new host, Alentus. Much domain fiddling and massive FTP uploads to the new site location was done, and we were open again once more, far more secure than in the past. The site then promptly fell-over when Microsoft released a patch for Server Side Includes, and we had to change the 'include' statements across the entirity of our site. We finished the fix by Halloween, odd eh?

In November and December of 2001, we did little to warrent an update, but it was this point in time that we got well and truly sick of using OTS Mail, so we annihilated it from our site. Nolef was quite busy through these months, as he spent many a day reprogramming the Writings sub-sections to use TextStreaming (excluding the top-most Writings page), which reduced the number of pages on our site dramatically.
