Bastards at ITV
After spending a good while studying the episode listing here, I had worked out that yesterdays episode on ITV3 was the penultimate episode of series two so I have been fully expecting it to be broadcast it on the 29/06/2006 for the last week or so. Checked the TV guide this morning (another story behind this too), and Quantum Leap 6pm ain't there! In the morning is a repeat of yesterdays show, but no season two finale, and no series three, most disappointing. What are these people on? :(
As to the other story, the TV guide for ITV. I have to use built-in Freeview Guide to find out what's on all ITV channels. This is also a pain in the arse as I have evry other channels listing in RSS, but recently the suited goons at ITV decided that bleb.org couldn't give out ITV listings without paying them royalties! Funny as the Channel 4 (C4, E4, More4, E4+, More4+) channels are listed and I know they are (were?) part-owned by ITV and the Beeb.
Tight bastards at ITV, restricting my access to listings data when no other network in the WORLD does the same (as far as I'm aware).
I think it's time that the Government went in and raided their offices for unfair practices.

ITV3 are actually showing the Quantum Leap Season 2 Finale at 6pm tonight, they must have read my post, which would explain why the Freeview Guide was wrong.
Either that, or this goes to the very crux of the programme scheduling problems at ITV, they don't want them given out, cos their mostly wrong anyway. So they're still twats.
And talking of twats, I saw on More4 News recently the woman with the funny voice, shape, and head, going on about how you need, and they displayed this on the big feck off blue background video trickery thing, a "Firewall Programme", and an "Anti-Virus Programme". Dickheads, they need a dictionary.
This is exactly why we need free ITV listings from sources other than ITV.
