Key my car would you?

So my car was keyed today whilst parked in a free parking area. Clearly I have upset other people who have parked in the free parking area a little while longer than I. A geet big key scratch running along the length of the drivers side door.

I was angry, oh I was so fucking angry.

I rang the insurance company, it would be a £150 excess charge and I would lose my "20% discount" on my next renewal. Now saying that I paid nigh on £300 this year, that would mean at least £360, and most likely well into the £400's next time around.

So I had a dilemma, to claim on my insurance for a door respray, or not. After a short while of not concentrating on the matter and smoking a fat one or two instead, I came to a sudden realisation.

Fuck them. I'll do it myself. I have the right paint, and I have a blasé-fairre attitude to life as it is. The perfect solution. Not only will I save on insurance costs, I will also save on respray costs. So up yours, you key-ing bastard, I ain't giving you the fucking satisfaction of wasting my money.

Yeah, so it was a good day.

I can't actually find the bottle of touch up paint, so I may have to put out for the paint at the dealers. They always do it if you put out. :D
