This is not as easy as it looks you know, not only do I have to come up something of possible vague interest to the masses of the Internets, but it has to be at least slightly coherent.

The Internets has changings. Very recent changings are really taking hold and biting down on our once free Internets. What happened? When did we lose our anonymity? We didn't. We were never "anonymous," we are simply hidden behind an IP address.

The music industry makes good use of these numbers. Not to fight the good fight, but to simply sue the IP account holder. The Pirate Bay (and likely most others) inject fake IPs into the swarms, so it is with no surprise to find that the Music Industry cannot actually provide any evidence that will stand up in a court of law.

The problem comes when people are being extorted, that is not on and I will not stand for it!

I haven't bought a CD in nearly a decade now (I was always a vinyl-junkie - well over £10,000 spent on records in my lifetime), and I will never buy any music ever again. Let me rephrase that. Me buy CD? No way!

i agree. i can't recall the last time i bought a cd.

most of the time i just watch YT, or if i want to listen to something away from YT i just rip it from there and re-encode to mp3.

i've been reading about the exploits of the group called "anonymous" kinda strange and lolzy.

You not go to justin.tv? I'm getting sick and tired of YT TBH, it's become a cesspit of racists, bigots, and religious nuts. Nothing new there, but I am getting fed up of having to read that crap.

Anonymous are cool, I particularly like that they setup the forum for the Iranians to arrange some of the demos. They are fighting a very tough fight, Scientology is a dangerous organisation, no wonder they keep hidden (applies to both groups).

i tend to use yt for music or video games only, and avoid blogs and people who try to be funny on it.

i don't agree with all of anon's tactics, but part of me wishes i had heard of them a few years ago and had joined them then. now though i'm not really interested.
