Some yabbering

Tuesday, the 10th of July, 2007 at 10:24am GMT
It's been a long, long time, and even though many have blog posting abilities only two members have bothered to post (thanks anyway).

So what have I been up to since my last post? Quite a lot really.

I've continued in my skill-building in Runescape, I can now harpoon sharks (can't cook 'em though), my combat level is now 76 so I can kick some arse, and my other skills are flying up too. You can actually see most of my skill levels in the High Scores tables (follow link from RS homepage and put 'ahdkaw' in username).

Not only that, but I have also completed the redesign and development of my families online retail store, I'm just now awaiting a bit more data and then I can launch it.

After that I'll be working on yet another large bespoke eCommerce site, so again, I will likely not have much chance to post here again.

I cook quite often I'll have you know, I'm particularily good at big lumps of gammon.

1. Remove gammon lump from packaging.
2. Spread granulated sugar over gammon lump.
3. Spread rosemary (fresh/dried) over gammon lump.
4. Place in pan of boiling water with salt and pepper.
5. Boil for the correct amount of time according to weight.
6. Bang oven on at highest temperature.
7. Stick boiled gammon lump in oven.
8. Remove when outside is nice and crispy.
9. Cut into slices and put on plate.
10. Eat.

I find it rather disturbing that you are now handing out recipes, AK. I have no idea what gammon is and I am too lazy to Google it. But it sounds rather horrid.
A small reminder that you are supposed to be tearing down the universe, not playing at being Jamie Oliver :-P

I can cook toast rather well when I remember to pop the toaster before it finishes by it's self.

Haven't looked at Runscape but I might just. I was playing oblivion a good bit a while back. I wish it was multiplayer. Would be super smashing great, etc.

Gammon is piggy stuff.

The best meat in the world, and Americans don't even know what it is! And they call this 'freedom'? Freedom to eat not as well as the Brits? And of course, when I say "Brits" I exclude the Scots, Welsh, and N. Irish. They don't like the English, so they don't deserve the honour of being British, kick out the Scottish & Welsh MPs from England's Parliament, the bastards are always voting to make the English suffer.

But we are made of tough stuff us English, either that or we're far too pacifistist.

Rise up Middle England! Rise up!

Runescape is good fun, and cheep too! weet weet!

Staying sober is cheap, but I tend not to do that 1 :P

Found Runescape too......basic, too flat.

I found England too flat. Still.. probably has nice legs.

England flat?! Have you been to the Lake District? Or Huddersfield? You're welcome to visit of course, I'll show you hills!

Runescape too basic, I don't believe you. Honestly it gets better as you level up. Money making becomes even easier too, already had over 2 million gold pieces. Spent it all of course on things like Amulets of Glories, which are rechargable teleport amulets, very handy for quick movement from one end of the map to the other. The ectophial is good too, handy for when you need a single-click teleport in times of trouble. Rings of Dueling and Games Necklaces are handy too, more handy teleports (not rechargable tho).

And then there's all the teleport spells I have. Teleports are cool.
