v11.0.4 Security Update Applied
A list of fixes and additions follow:
- Changes to member password encryption and storage, now adds a random salt to each members password when authenticating. This will have no visible effect or require the member to do anything other than login.
- General code optimisation and standardisation.
- Further database tables added.
- Members page Modify Profile has been merged with Modify Account.
- Multiple blog comments posting issue resolved, now redirects back after successful posting.
- Bug in blog article URL generation was causing incorrect formation of some blog posts. Fixed.
- Member RSS feeds were running from incorrect URLs. Fixed. Utilised ReWrite to ensure existing subscribers still get the right feed.
- Comments area in blog article page now displays a 'no comments' message if no comments are present. Fixes the Comments link when there are no comments.
- Provision of further member information, by adding the following fields to member profiles; Show Date of Birth, Gender, Location, and Interests. These are not yet displayed anywhere.
